Privacy Policy & Data Architecture
Transparency in industrial intelligence. This document outlines how Mapbot Intelligence collects, safeguards, and utilizes data within our robotic automation frameworks.
Data Collection Methodology
We collect technical telemetry and professional identifiers necessary to provide high-authority consulting on industrial robotics. This includes site environmental data, machine-learning pathing constraints, and operational throughput metrics provided during technical intake sessions.
Logic Gates
- 01 Direct input from consultation forms and technical audits.
- 02 Encrypted telemetry for algorithm stress-testing.
- 03 No third-party data brokerage under any circumstances.
Physical Deployment Security
All logic simulations are siloed to prevent environmental data leakage.
Engineering Standards
Our privacy framework is built on the same principles as our robotic systems: modularity, precision, and fail-safe redundancy.
Storage & Usage Architecture
Mapbot Intelligence utilizes high-authority cloud infrastructure and local secure nodes to store technical data. Personal information—specifically names, corporate emails, and contact details—is utilized exclusively for the management of consulting contracts and project delivery within the 2026-06-01 fiscal window.
Data is retained for the duration of its functional necessity within the project lifecycle. Upon completion of consultation or contract termination, data is archived or purged in accordance with standard Canadian industrial data practices.
User Rights & Access Control
Under regional data protection laws, visitors and clients reserve the right to audit, amend, or request the deletion of their identifiable records. Mapbot Intelligence adheres to a "Technical Silence" policy—meaning zero unauthorized outreach or marketing dissemination unless explicitly requested.
- Right to Data Portability for Technical Audits.
- Right to be forgotten following hardware decommissioning.
- Right to notification of security events within 72 hours.

Policy last verified: June 1, 2026
Precision Is Privacy.
We believe that the integrity of an automated ecosystem is only as strong as its data protection. Secure your logic. Protect your physical assets.
Additional Disclosures
We do not share your infrastructure blueprints or logic configurations with proprietary hardware vendors unless a specific collaboration is authorized via a secondary Technical Disclosure Agreement (TDA).
As robotic pathing protocols and machine-learning frameworks evolve, so will our privacy measures. Significant updates to this policy will be communicated via the official channels designated at the time of your Technical Onboarding.
